Shipping cost reimbursement depends on the return reason:

  • Our Fault (e.g., damaged/incorrect items): We cover shipping costs.
  • Your Responsibility (e.g., size/color mismatch, change of mind): You bear shipping fees, which vary by carrier.

  • Consumer-Caused Returns: You pay shipping fees for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind).
  • Our-Fault Returns: We cover shipping costs for returns due to our errors (e.g., defective items, incorrect delivery).

Return Requirements

  • Non-Quality Issues: Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Important Notices

  • Return Address: Use only the address provided by customer service—do not send to the sender’s address on your package.
  • Non-Our Items: Do not include non-engbm clothing in returns; we are not responsible for returning them.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not liable for returns lost/stolen in transit. Retain your tracking number as proof.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account due to payment provider variations.

  • Production/Transportation Issues: Full refund + return shipping reimbursement for misprinted/damaged items.
  • Order Cancellation: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours or before shipping. No cancellations post-shipment.
