Shipping Policy

We hold every customer in the highest esteem, prioritizing swift delivery of your ordered apparel. This policy outlines your order’s journey from payment to delivery:

Note: Our charges cover only product costs and applicable shipping fees. Customers are not liable for import fees, duties, or VAT.

Payment Confirmation

Upon order authorization and verification, we promptly send a confirmation email. This serves as official acknowledgment that your order is successfully placed and entering initial processing.

Processing

For all countries, processing typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding holidays/weekends). During this period, our dedicated team meticulously prepares your clothing for shipment, ensuring each item is in perfect condition and ready for dispatch.

Shipping

Duration

Regardless of destination, shipping generally takes 7–14 business days. When your order is en route, we email a tracking number for real-time shipment monitoring.

Fees

  • Orders under 99:6.99 shipping fee
  • Orders of $99 or more: Free shipping (our gratitude for larger purchases)

Delivery

Total Time

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–2 business days) + Shipping time (7–14 business days). Expect receipt within 8–16 business days for all countries.

Logistics Matching

Our system automatically selects optimal logistics based on sales platform, clothing size/weight, and address type. If your address contains “PO Box,” the system reviews chosen logistics. If the method cannot deliver to PO Boxes, the order is marked abnormal, and customer service will contact you to modify the address or cancel the order.

Order Tracking

Self-Tracking

Track your order independently via the “Track Order” option. After dispatch, we email shipping notifications with tracking numbers. Updates appear within 72 hours of receiving this email.

Causes of Delay

Tracking updates may be delayed due to force majeure, including:

  • Bad Weather: Heavy rain, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes disrupting transportation.
  • Local Factors: Strikes, holidays, conferences, or events impacting logistics.
  • Peak Season Issues: Flight/personnel shortages during peak seasons causing slower shipping.
